May Birthdays and Anniverisares

Well April is about gone and May is almost upon us. It seems like this year is flying by to quick. We only have one birthday for the month of May.

Be sure and wish Danny a "Happy Birthday" when it comes up. Remember that May 4 will be our regular monthly meeting time. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm and as always will be at Covington Electric Co-op on Highway 84 in Sanford. Anyone interested in CMA come out and join us to see what all is going on. God bless!

Run for the SON Event Results

Well for our first Run for the SON Event, we were able to raise $496.82 after all the expenses. I think that was great! This has set the bar now for what we can do.Now each year, we will want to go higher and higher.
We really want to express our thankfulness for all that First Assembly of God in Elba done to help up with this event. We want to attend their 10:30 AM service this coming Sunday April 18th. We plan to leave from Hardee's at 9:30 AM and will meet the rest of our group at the church.
Also don't forget about Thunder Beach Rally coming up starting April 29th - May 2nd. Be looking and listening for further details on that and also our next meeting will be May 4th at 7:00 PM at the Covington Electric Coop. God bless!

Run for the SON Event

We want to invite everyone out to our Run for the SON Event Saturday night April 10th at First Assembly of God in Elba. The silent auction start at 5:00 pm and then Gospel Singing at 5:30 pm. Anyone wanting to help will need to be at the Church at 3:00 pm. The church is located on Highland Drive. I'm sure that there will be plenty of things to do to make this event a big success! April Birthdays and Anniversaries

Well here it is almost the middle of the month and I completely forgot to put the birthdays and anniversaries in here before this month started. BUT I guess that is what happens when you get over 50!
We had no birthdays for this month, but we did have 2 anniversaries.
